Natalie Ortiz is a contemporary emerging artist out of Philadelphia PA. A Tyler School of Art, Temple University Graduate, her work uses multiple medias with a focus on Printmaking.

"My personal art explores how interiors and exteriors interface and inform each other. That concept fuels the literal expansion and growth of my work, using the 2- Dimensional World to push the boundaries encasing the physics of our 3-Dimensional World. "Explosions", "Expansion" "Chaos" are common themes I work through.

As a Public Relations and Advertisement Specialist, my products draw from my natural artistic inclination, providing new ways for my organizations to promote themselves among the community.

As a teacher I believe in the power of Art Education and it's positive affects on today's children and adolescents. I strive to find new and creative projects to keep them engaged and informed of contemporary art.

Finally, as a creative person, my work ebbs and flows according to the areas I find myself in, but I never lose my own creative voice. Art is passion, exploration and discovery. Art is not confined into any category, hence my work spans many different avenues of the Visual Art World, and all of my work is informed by those same avenues I explore.
